NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 22, 2016, and entered in Case No. 14-009039-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND, is Plaintiff and GINA M. SABELLA; EAST LAKE WOODLANDS CYPRESS ESTATES CONDOMINIUM UNIT THREE ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT N/K/A RACHEL JIVIDEN, are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 6th day of May, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
SITUATED IN THE COUNTY OF PINELLAS AND STATE OF FLORIDA: THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 090, EAST LAKE WOODLANDS CYPRESS ESTATES CONDOMINIUM UNIT THREE, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS SHOWN ON PLAT RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 42, PAGES 81 THROUGH 85, INCLUSIVE, ALL IN ACCORDANCEWITH AND SUBJECT TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS, BOOK 5039, PAGES 59 THROUGH 126, INCLUSIVE AND BEING RE-RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS, BOOK 5043, PAGES 182 THROUGH 250, INCLUSIVE AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
