UNIT NO. 135, BOCA SHORES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 39, PAGES 100 THROUGH 107, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED FEBRUARY 8, 1980 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4979, PAGES 1380 THROUGH 1476, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE, ALL AS RECORDED IN PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.

Lauderdale, FL. 33309, within thirty (30) days of the first date of publication on or before May 16, 2016, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
