YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced to Quiet Title after the issuance of a Tax Deed on the following real property, lying and being and situated in Pinellas County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
Lots 20 and 21, Block 11, FAIRVIEW, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 18, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, upon the Law Office of D. Mark Payne, Attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is 9040 Town Center Parkway, Lakewood Ranch, FL 34202, within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this notice and file the original with the clerk of this Court either before servie on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
