NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 4 April, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15-003389-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wilmington Trust, NA, successor trustee to Citibank, N.A., as Trustee, f/b/o the registered holders of Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II Trust 2007-AR6, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-AR6, is the Plaintiff and Barney M Hayden aka Barney Hayden, Peppertree Lake Condominium Association, Inc., Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 13th of May, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
