NOTICE OF ATTORNEY-CLIENT SESSION PURSUANT TO SECTION 286.011(8), FLORIDA STATUTES
The School Board of Pinellas County, Florida, hereby gives notice of a private attorney-client session to be held in accordance with Section 286.011(8), Florida Statutes.

DATE: April 26, 2016

TIME: Immediately following the conclusion of New Business at the School Board's Regular Meeting which commences at 5:00 p.m.

LOCATION: The Conference Hall of the Administration Building, 301 4th Street, S.W., Largo, Florida.

PURPOSE: To conduct a private attorney-client session pursuant to, and subject to the conditions prescribed by, Section 286.011, F.S., to discuss settlement negotiations or litigation expenditures in connection with the following pending litigation to which the School Board is a party: William Crowley, et al. v. The Pinellas County School Board, et al., Case Number 00-5661-CI-7, Sixth Judicial Circuit, Pinellas County, Florida.

In addition to the statutorily required certified court reporter, whose name will be announced at the commencement of the session, the persons who will be attending the session are as follows: Board Members Peggy L. O'Shea, Chairperson, Terry Krassner, Vice Chairperson, Janet R. Clark, Carol J. Cook, Rene Flowers, Linda S. Lerner, and Ken Peluso; Michael A. Grego, Ed.D., Superintendent; David Koperski, School Board Attorney; and William A. Kebler, Legal Counsel.
