NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2013-CA-004901-XXCI-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC, Plaintiff and DAVID BRUMFIELD are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on May 6, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Condominium Unit No. 433, Building IV, MEADOWLAKE PALM HARBOR CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 15039, Page 2675, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
