NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2010-CA-011440 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Federal National Mortgage Association, Plaintiff and Penny S. Martin, as Surviving Joint Tenants of Martha T. Taylor, Deceased are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on July 12, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE SOUTH 100 FEET OF THE NORTH 653 FEET OF THE WEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 16, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 15 EAST, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE EAST 30 FEET THEREOF, FOR STREET PURPOSES.
AND LESS:
THE SOUTH 10 FEET OF THE EAST 177.88 FEET OF THE NORTH 653 FEET OF THE WEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 16, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 15 EAST, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE EAST 40 FEET THEREOF.
AND LESS:
THAT PART OF THE SOUTH 100 FEET OF THE NORTH 653 FEET OF THE WEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 16, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 15 EAST, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
COMMENCE AT THE NORTHWESTERLY CORNER OF LOT 19, HERITAGE PLACE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 87, PAGES 95 AND 96, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, SAID NORTHWESTERLY CORNER ALSO BEING THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE ALONG THE WEST BOUNDARY OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SAID SECTION 16, ALSO BEING THE WESTERLY BOUNDARY LINE EXTENDED OF SAID HERITAGE PLACE, NORTH 00°18'44” EAST, 10.37 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89°14'41” EAST, 134.39 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 43°26'01” EAST, 14.46 FEET TO A POINT ON THE NORTHERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 19; THENCE NORTH 89°14'41” WEST, 144.39 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
