NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 12, 2016, entered in Case No. 2008-CA-031190-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, National Association, is the Plaintiff and Louis Lochead; Unknown Spouse of Louis Lochead if any; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., Acting Solely As Nominee For Countrywide Home Loans, Inc.; Windmill Point Condominium Association, Inc.; John Doe and Jane Doe are the Defendants, that Tiffany Moore Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 17th day of May, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 100, IN BUILDING 7, OF WINDMILL POINT CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8886, AT PAGE 3035, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
