NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 26, 2016, entered in Case No. 2014-CA-012467-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Credit Suisse First Boston Mortgage Securities Corp., CSMC Mortgage-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-3 is the Plaintiff and Dianne M Morrison; The Unknown Spouse Of Dianne M Morrison; Michael G Hebert; The Unknown Spouse Of Michael G Hebert; Avalon Park Property Owners Association, Inc.; TENANT #1; TENANT #2; TENANT #3; TENANT #4 are the Defendants, that Tiffany Moore Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 26th day of May, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 152, OF AVALON PARK VILLAGE 5, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 51, AT PAGE 58-66 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
