NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated February 19, 2016 entered in Civil Case No. 2015-CA-003049-O of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Deutsche bank trust company Americas, as trustee for the holders of the Dover mortgage capital corporation, grantor trust certificate series 2004-A is Plaintiff and BIGHAM, DEBRA AND BIGHAM, GLENN, et al, are Defendants. The clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Orange County's On Line Public Auction website: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on June 15, 2016, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes , the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
