Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated April 14, 2016 and entered in Case No. 15-0696 CC of the County Court of the 20th Judicial District in and for Charlotte County, Florida wherein VETERANS BOULEVARD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and ESTATE OF GERALD J. BYRNES is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes at 11:00 a.m., on the 11th day of May, 2016., the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
Unit B-1, VETERANS BOULEVARD, a Condominium, a Non-Residential Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded October 2, 1998, in O.R. Book 1646, Page 1878, et seq., Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and as further described in Condominium Book 11, Pages 3A through 3D, Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida
Commonly Known As: 19800 Veterans Boulevard, Unit B-1, Port Charlotte, Florida 33954
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
