Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment entered in the above-styled Case Number 15002180CA on April 5, 2016 in the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Florida, that the Clerk of Court shall sell the following property, in Charlotte County, Florida, described as:
Unit 17, Phase II, LIVE OAK LANDINGS, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1561, Pages 1785 to 1865, inclusive and all amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 10, Page 76, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on May 5, 2016.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
