Notice is given that pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated April 18, 2016, in Case No. 15 001069 CA of the Circuit Court for Charlotte County, Florida, in which BMO HARRIS BANK N.A., as successor-by-merger to M&I MARSHALL & ILSLEY BANK, as successor-by-merger to GOLD BANK is the Plaintiff and THOMAS P. McLENNON, individually; PAMELA A. McLENNON, individually; CYNTHIA M. ROBINSON, as Trustee of the Cynthia Revocable Living Trust U/T/A, dated the 14th day of May, 2008; EDGEWATER CENTER ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida non-profit corporation; and JANE DOE n/k/a John Archer, are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale beginning at 11:00 a.m. on May 23, 2016, at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, the following-described property set forth in the order of Final Judgment:
Condominium Unit 4F, Building A, Phase 1, EDGEWATER CENTER, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Record Book 1076, Page 476, and according to Condominium Book 9, Page(s) 33A-33D, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida
Together with all rights, easements, appurtenances, royalties, mineral rights, oil and gas rights, crops, timber, all diversion payments or third party payments made to crop producers and all existing and future improvements, structures, fixtures, and replacements that may now, or at any time in the future, be part of the real estate described (all referred to as Property).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
