NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated on or about April 18, 2016, and entered in Civil Action Number 16000057CA in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte, Florida, wherein ROBERT M. WALKER, as Trustee of the ROBERT WALKER REVOCABLE TRUST dated February 19, 2010 is the Plaintiff and CORA MOONEY-GRAVES, DECEASED; AND ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANTS WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are the Defendants.
I WILL SELL to the highest bidder for cash beginning at 11 a.m. on May, 23, 2016 at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 7, Block P, CHARLOTTE PARK, a subdivision according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 4, Pages 90A through 90C, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
