NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated April 19, 2016, entered in Case No.: 2015 CA 108 of the Circuit Court in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein JAMES C. FEDDEMA; MICHELLE FEDDEMA; and CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA) N.A. are the Defendants. The Clerk shall sell the property at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on August 17, 2016 at 11:00 am at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statues., thethe following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment: Legal: LOT 16, BLOCK 1557, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION SECTION FIFTEEN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 4, PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
NOTICE
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
