LOT(S) 11, BLOCK 4303 OF PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 66, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGES 4A TO 4G, ET SEQ., OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 13546 NEWPORT AVE, PORT CHARLOTTE, FL 33981; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.Charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes on May 19, 2016 at 11:00 A.M..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
