NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 23, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2015CA001160AX in the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein PINGORA LOAN SERVICING, LLC was the Plaintiff and RONALD E. THORNTON, ET AL., the Defendant(s), that the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 11:00 a.m. on the 24th day of May, 2016, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 13 AND THE SOUTH 1/2 OF LOT 12, SUNKIST ACRES SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 96, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
