NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 12, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2013CA006339AX, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF EARNESTINE BROOKS, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 13th day of May, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, AND THE SOUTH HALF OF LOT 11, LINCOLN PLACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK NO. 7 PAGE 93 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
