HEATH WARREN DELROY FOGGO and KIM DENISE FOGGO, husband and wife; and any and all UNKNOWN TENANT(S),
in possession of the subject property,

Notice is given that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment for Foreclosure entered in Case No.: 2015-CC-3822, of the County Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, in which, COVERED BRIDGE ESTATES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff, and the Defendants are HEATH WARREN DELROY FOGGO and KIM DENISE FOGGO, husband and wife, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, the Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on May 11, 2016 the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Lot 43, Covered Bridge Estates, Unit 1, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 33, Pages 118 through 122, inclusive, of the Public Record of Manatee County, Florida.
Also known as 6343 Rock Creek Court, Ellenton, Florida 34222
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
THIS NOTICE SHALL BE PUBLISHED IN THE BUSINESS OBSERVER ONCE A WEEK FOR TWO CONSECUTIVE WEEKS, THE SECOND PUBLICATION BEING AT LEAST FIVE DAYS BEFORE THE SALE.
