NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the cause pending in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, Case No. 2015 CA 567 in which, Wilmington Trust, National Association, not in its individual capacity, but solely as trustee for MFRA Trust 2014-1, Plaintiff, and Bruce Cheesman; Unknown Spouse of Bruce Cheesman and Any Unknown Tenant in Possession, Defendants, and all unknown parties claiming interests by, through, under or against a named defendant to this action, or having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property herein described on the following described property in Manatee County, Florida:
PARCEL #1 - THE NORTH 40 FEET OF LOT 14, AND THE SOUTH 37 FEET OF LOT 13, MAGEE PLACE SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 76 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
PARCEL #2 - BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 18 OF MAGEE PLACE SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 76, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE EAST 25 FEET; THENCE NORTH 674.9 MORE OR LESS; THENCE WEST 25 FEET TO THE EAST SIDE OF MAGEE PLACE SUB.; THENCE SOUTH 674.9 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. LESS LAND DESCRIBED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 799, PAGE 371, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
