NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 6, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2015CA002009AX, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR SAXON ASSET SECURITIES TRUST 2007-2 MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-2, is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF ESPERANZA O. JAIME; MARCO A. JAIME A/K/A MARCO ANTONIO JAIME; ALEJANDRA JAIME A/K/A ALEX JAIME C/O JESUSA SUSIE LULKO A/K/A JESUS SOLIS OLIVIA, are defendants. Angela M. Colonneso, Clerk of Court for MANATEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 10th day of May, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 65 FEET OF LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK C, ARDMORE SUBDIVISION AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 72 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, CITY OF PALMETTO, STATE OF FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
