NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 17, 2016, entered in Case No. 2014CA-003192-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF9 Master Participation Trust is the Plaintiff and Paul Mark Weis a/k/a Paul Weis; The Unknown Spouse of Paul Mark Weis a/k/a Paul Weis; The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees or other claimants claiming by, through, under, or against Andrew J. Murphy a/k/a Andrew Joseph Murphy a/k/a Andrew Murphy, Deceased; Robert E. Murphy, as Personal Representative of the Estate of, Andrew J. Muprhy a/k/a Andrew Joseph Murphy, Deceased; Robert E. Murphy; Any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against the herein named individual defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants; Vienna Square Homeowners' Association, Inc.; MX Communication Services, LLC; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; and Tenant #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that Stacy M. Butterfield, Polk County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.polk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 16th day of May, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 23, VIENNA SQUARE PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 143, PAGE 36, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
