Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on May 12, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, AVIANA PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN AND FOR POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 133, PAGES 42 THROUGH 47, INCLUSIVE.
