NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 28, 2016, and entered in 2015CA-003258-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF SAXON ASSET SECURITIES TRUST 2004-2 MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET BACKED NOTES SERIES 2004-2 is the Plaintiff and ADA RODRIGUEZ ; RICARDO ZELAYA; CAROL DRUMOND ; DONALD DRUMMOND ; POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA are the Defendant(s). Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on May 12, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
