CHUMNEY; TERRY W. CHUMNEY; UNITED GUARANTY RESIDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY OF NORTH CAROLINA; CITY OF AUBURNDALE, FLORIDA are the Defendant(s). Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on May 12, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
