NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered MARCH 9, 2016 in the above styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder the following described property in accordance with Section 45.031 of the Florida Statutes:

Naples Winterpark I, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, of record in Official Record Book 1126, Pages 158 through 237, as amended, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
for cash In Person at Collier County Courthouse Annex Building, 3315 Tamiami Trail E., 3rd Floor Lobby, Naples, FL 34112 beginning at 11:00 am on May 9, 2016.
