NOTICE HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 23, 2016 and entered in Case No. 11-2015-CA-000570 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-R10, is Plaintiff and CYPRESS GLEN V CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; JOSE A. ALVARADO; CYPRESS GLEN MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants, the Office of Dwight E. Brock, Collier County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby on the Third Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, located at, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 341 12, at 11:00 A.M. on the 9th day of May, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Consent Final Judgment, to wit:

BY FEE SIMPLE DEED FROM CYPRESS GLENN DEVELOPMENT CORP AS SET FORTH IN DEED BOOK 2795, PAGE 2399 DATED 03/22/2001 AN D RECORDED 03/26/2001, COLLIER COUNTY RECORDS, STATE OF FLORIDA.
Street Address: 3245 CYPRESS GLEN WAY, NAPLES, FLORIDA 34109
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
