Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on January 8, 2016, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:
LOT 14, BLOCK 226, GOLDEN GATE, UNIT 6, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 124-134, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, on May 9, 2016, beginning at 11:00 AM.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim within 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
