Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on April 06, 2016, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:
UNIT NO. 101, BUILDING 20, CASTILLO IV AT TIBURON, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3097, PAGE 320, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, on May 9, 2016, beginning at 11:00 AM.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim within 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
