NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment entered in Case No. 11-2014-CA-002120 in the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR8, Plaintiff, and, ELAINE R. LAGROTTA, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash in the lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at the hour of 11:00AM, on the 9 day of May, 2016 the following described property:
LOT 24, BLOCK 2, MARCO HIGHLANDS SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 72, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
