NOTICE is hereby given that, Dwight E. Brock, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on the 9 day of May, 2016, at 11:00 a.m. EST, at the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., offer for sale and sell out public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 1203, IN 1810 NAPOLI LUXURY CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED ON OCTOBER 14, 2004, IN O.R. BOOK 3660, AT PAGE 2312, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.

pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in a case pending in said Court, the style and case number of which is set forth above.
