NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 24, 2016, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-002581 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, As Trustee For Credit Suisse First Boston Mortgage Securities Corp., CSMC Mortgage-backed Pass-through Certificates, Series 2006-3, is the Plaintiff and Christine T. Dunbar Aka Christine Dunbar, Fifth Third Bank (South Florida), Robert B. Dunbar Aka Robert Dunbar, are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 9 day of May, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
