NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 8, 2016, entered in Case No. 2013-CA-001838 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC is the Plaintiff and Alfredo D. Lopez; Aileen Lopez; Bank of America, N.A; Board of County Commissioners of Collier County; Unknown Tenant(s) are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on the May 9, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 150 FEET OF TRACT 86, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 61, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 86, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
