NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 8 day of January, 2016, and entered in Case No. 1303348CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and PINO GENOVESE MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR PULTE MORTGAGE LLC VERONAWALK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. ANTONIETTE GENOVESE; and UNKNOWN PARTY IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 9 day of May, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 879, VERONAWALK PHASE 2C, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGES 84 THROUGH 86, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
