NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 8, 2016, and entered in Case No. 11-2015-CA-001131-0001-XX, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein DEUSTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2005-4, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-4 is Plaintiff and CAROL L. DELAAR; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CAROL L. DELAAR; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SEAN P. ZOLA; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; QUEENS PARK COMMUNITY SERVICES ASSOCIATION INC.; are defendants. DWIGHT E. BROCK, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash ON THE THIRD FLOOR LOBBY OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, at 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES in COLLIER County, FLORIDA 34112, at 11:00 A.M., on the 9 day of May, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, QUEENS PARK AT LAGO VERDE, PHASE V, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGES 60 AND 61, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No.2.065.
