NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 14, 2016, entered in Case No. 36-2014-CA-051997 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and Michael W McCormick; Kathy McCormick; Any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against the herein named individual defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Incorporated, As Nominee For Bank Of America, N.A.; Tenant #1 ; Tenant #2 ; Tenant #3; Tenant #4 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the May 16, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
