NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 13, 2016, and entered in 15-CA-051278 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF ABFC 2007-WMC1 TRUST ASSET BACKED FUNDING CORPORATION ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-WMC1 is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN TRUSTEE OF THE MARILYN MULDER HARE TRUST ; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE MARILYN MULDER HARE TRUST ; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF MARILYN HARE A/K/A MARILYN M. HARE A/K/A MARILYN MULDER HARE, DECEASED; WILLIAM HARE; KATHLEEN HARE; WESLEY HOLMAN HARE are the Defendant(s).
