NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 14, 2016, entered in Civil Case No.: 15-CA-050393 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, Plaintiff, and EUGENIO FIGUEROA, JR.; VIRGINIA FIGUEROA are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 16 day of May, 2016, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 51, UNIT 6, SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 95 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
