LALLY A/K/A WILLIAM JOSEPH LALLY; DANFORTH LAKES HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; ANDREA FRAN-NAP LALLY; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 15 day of August, 2016, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 235, DANFORTH LAKES PHASE III, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 74, PAGE 87, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
