Clemens aka Pat Clemens aka Patricia Clemens , Citibank, National Association, successor in interest to Citibank (South Dakota), N.A., Suncoast Schools Federal Credit Union, Tenant # 1 NKA Matthews Clemens , are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 30 day of June, 2016, following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
