NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure sale dated, April 13, 2016, entered in Case No. 12-CA-055963 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff and Douglas P. Tews a/k/a Douglas Tews a/k/a Douglas Paul Tews; The Unknown Spouse of Douglas P. Tews a/k/a Douglas Tews a/k/a Douglas Paul Tews; Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known To Be Dead or Alive, Whether said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest As Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants; International Fidelity Insurance Company; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; Tenant #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 18th day of July, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7 AND THE NORTH 25 FEET OF LOT 6, RIVER BY, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 16, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
