NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 15, 2016, entered in Case No. 15-CA-050989 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, National Association as Trustee for Option One Mortgage Loan Trust 2007-2, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-2 is the Plaintiff and Linda Kay Steele a/k/a Linda K. Steele a/k/a L K Steele; Unknown Spouse of Linda Kay Steele a/k/a Linda K. Steele a/k/a L K Steele; Sand Canyon Corporation f/k/a Option One Mortgage Corporation are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on May 18, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 518, BLOCK 13, RUSSELL PARK, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 25, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
