Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 18 day of April, 2016, and entered in case No. 15-CA-002967 in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein COUNTRY CLUB VILLAGE I OF CROSS CREEK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and
JACK L. SHORT, CAROL A. SHORT and SUNTRUST BANK are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 19 day of May, 2016 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Unit 208; Building 2, COUNTRY CLUB VILLAGE I OF CROSS CREEK CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof as recorded in O.R. Book 1868, Pages 4454 - 4527, inclusive, as amended, Public Records of Lee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
