Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on April 13, 2016, in the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida described as:
LOT 4, BLOCK 1, OAKMONT AT THE LAKES AT THREE OAKS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 61, PAGES 40 THROUGH 43, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 17966 OAKMONT RIDGE CIRCLE, FORT MYERS, FL 33967; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at: www.lee.realforeclose.com on May 13, 2016 at 9:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
