NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 11, 2015 and Order rescheduling the foreclosure sale dated April 11, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2014-CC-4834-NC of the COUNTY COURT OF THE TWELFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein WHISPERING SANDS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and BARBARA TOLL is Defendant, Karen E. Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com , the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 9:00 a.m., on the 16th day of May, 2016 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment dated May 11, 2015 and Order dated April 11, 2016, to wit:
Apartment Unit No. 201, WATERSIDE MANOR, OF WHISPERING SANDS CONDOMINIUM VILLAGE, SECTION FOUR, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in Official Record Book 798, Pages 60 through 73, and amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 3, Pages 27 and 27A, and amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida; the street address of which is: 199 Whispering Sands Drive #201 Sarasota, FL 34242.
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
