Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 6, 2016, entered in Civil Case Number 2008 CA 020691 NC, in the Circuit Court for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein SPECIALIZED LOAN SERVICING LLC is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF JULIA H. SEYFFERT A/K/A JULIA SEYFFERT, et al., are the Defendants, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
LOTS 8 AND 9, BLOCK C, LINCOLN PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 204 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM, on the 11th day of May, 2016. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
