NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered January 25, 2016 in Civil Case No. 2013-CC-000693 SC of the County Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash beginning at 9:00 a.m. on the 13th of May, 2016 at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 42, Block 82, CEDAR GROVE PHASE 1A, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 45, Page(s) 42, 42A through 42S, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida..
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
