NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 5, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2015 CA 000551 NC, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK,AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWMBS INC., CHL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH TRUST 2006-OA5, MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OA5, is Plaintiff and TERESA MASSARO; SAN PALERMO AT SARASOTA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. Karen E. Rushing, Clerk of Court for SARASOTA, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 10th day of May, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 145, SAN PALERMO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGES 9 THROUGH 9D, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
