NUTTER & COMPANY is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF GERALDINE J. PELEGRIN, DECEASED.; UNKNOWN SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THAT CERTAIN TRUST CREATED UNDER AGREEMENT DATED 14, DECEMBER 1983; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THAT CERTAIN TRUST CREATED UNDER AGREEMENT DATED 14, DECEMBER 1983; THOMAS J. PELEGRIN A/K/A TOM PELEGRIN, AS NOMINATED PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF GERALDINE J. PELEGRIN, DECEASED.; THOMAS J. PELEGRIN A/K/A TOM PELEGRIN; MICHELE M.
