NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated March 18, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2013 CA 001339 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC, is the Plaintiff and Bent Tree Village Association, Inc., Kenneth Nyman, Nancy L Nyman, are defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the 20th of May, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
